Do we ship worldwide?

We currently ship to any location or country that has lovely furry animals. If for any reason we happen to find it difficult to ship to the shipping address given, we will contact you and issue a full refund for the order or we might ask you provide us with another shipping address. Whichever you are more open to.

Will my orders be shipped together?

If different product types are ordered, they may arrive separately. This is because every product is made and shipped on demand, and each’s production time may vary which sometimes results in different product types being shipped separately once available. However, you will only be charged once for shipping.

How are the tees printed?

The t-shirts are printed using a process called dye sublimation. Which has a much better standard for its resolution, comfort, and durability.

They are made with high-quality, 100% spun polyester to deliver the look and feel of cotton with the benefits of polyester. Dye-sublimation printing produces vibrant, super-soft, permanent prints that are guaranteed to never crack, peel or flake.

First, the design is printed onto heat-resistant paper. The paper is then arranged on a blank t-shirt and fed into a large heat press. As the press heats up to 350 degrees, the pigments vaporize and quickly bond with the t-shirt fibers.

The key feature of dye-sublimated clothing is that the design is not printed on top of the garment. Rather, the design is permanently dyed into the threads of the shirt itself, ensuring that it will never fade.

What are your working hours?

Did you try contacting us using our Live Chat but we were away? We apologize you missed us! Can I custom pick another color for some products?

We are so sorry you couldn’t find the color you like. Sadly, the color choices shown in each product picture are the only ones available and we don’t accept a custom color request. Don’t you worry, your pet would still love you despite the product color.

How do I recover my forgotten password?

Click on “Lost your password?” and you will be prompted to provide your email address and an account recovery email will be sent to you and you can recover your password following the link provided.

Can I track my order?

You definitely can! We’ll update you once your tracking number is available and you can use the Order Tracking to track your order.


What payment method can I use to make my purchase?

As of this moment, we accept Cryptocurrency, Paypal, and Card. Probably in the future, we might accept pawcurrency.

Why might my credit card be refused?

This may be due to low funds, whoops! Or sometime just a misunderstanding with your bank. We advise you to make sure you have sufficient funds that can cover the sum of your purchase. If the problem still persists, you can use other means of payment or try another card.

Can I include my company’s details on my invoice?

You are the boss! You absolutely can.

Is it safe to use my credit card on the website?

We understand your fears about online frauds, however, we are a store you can trust and we have taken an extra step in making sure that any payment detail entered during checkout is not store on our website and in addition, you will be redirected to your payment’s choice processing merchant to complete your purchase via their server which is highly encrypted.


Where can I receive my order?

We’ll send your order to the delivery address provided during checkout. Please make sure the information provided is accurate to avoid delays or lost orders.

Can the delivery country be different from the purchase country?

Ah, planning on gifting? 😉 Okay, jokes aside, yes, the delivery country can be different from the purchase country. Please make sure any delivery address provided at checkout is accurate and reflects where the item should be sent.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Since we take our time to pawwfectly pawwfect each item ordered to your liking, manufacturing can take between 2-5 business days (most likely shorter as this is an approximation depending on the product). Afterward, the delivery depends on your location (usually 1-5 business days in the U.S; Or 5-20 days internationally).

How much do I pay for delivery service?

The shipping fee differs depending on your delivery address. However, do note that the fee might range from free shipping to $10. We also offer a discounted shipping of $6.99 as a courtesy if your shipping happens to be more than $7.


Do I have to pay anything to return my items?

You may have to pay a return shipping fee. However, the replacement will be sent to you free of charge.

How do I return an item?

You will receive the return address of our warehouse in your shipping label. If any doubt, please contact our lovely support team. Thereafter, you can send the damaged or wrong item to the address shown on the shipping label. If the label happens to be lost, contact us as well and we’ll help.

What kind of return is acceptable?

Due to the nature of our store whereby orders placed are made specifically to your exact specifications, here are the returns we only accept:

・We accept returns for any incorrect product received.

・A damaged item which is our fault.

・We may ask you to return an item which you were unsatisfied with (which is very unlikely) before we can issue a full refund after we receive the item.

・Keep in mind that we do not accept returns for wrong size orders. Our sizing chart uses the Imperial values, and should fit accurately per the size chosen.

How long do I have to return an item?

If your item for reasons purely ours happens to be damaged or a wrong item was sent, please return it within 7-10 days once received so we can resend the correct item. If you happen to be unsatisfied with the item please return it within 7-days from receiving the item as it might take a while to reach us so we can process your refund once we receive the return immediately.

How will I receive my refund?

The full or partial refund will be sent to your means of payment and you should receive it within 3-20 business days depending on your bank.
